You’ve seen the review of Grapefruit Seed Extract that we’ve done, to say the least, we’ve had wonderful results on tonsil stones prevention! It’s been about 9 days now, of gargling 3 times a day with grapefruit seed extract and my breath is freakin WONDERFUL!
It’s kind of funny, the thought that something so cheap and readily available, could work SO well! There’s so many companies that sell all kinds of products that do absolutely nothing to help prevent bad breath from tonsil stones! This has been bar-none, the MOST effective solution we’ve tried! Grapefruit seed extract is not only a miracle for your breath, but it has wonderful digestive and cleansing characteristics as well! It’s all natural so you can swallow it when you gargle if you don’t mind the bitter taste!
I created this resource for people to help with REAL solutions to bad breath and tonsil stones, and I never would have thought the solution could be so simple, so effective, and so affordable! I made a list at the top of the page with a couple different places you can buy it, amazon has the best price that I’ve found plus shipping is only $.99 so pick up a bottle of grapefruit seed extract! You’ll thank me
God Bless and Take Care! – Josh Katherman

Is this a permanent remedy for tonsil stones?
Hi so its the 5th day i think that ive been using the GSE and i
started to cut off all foods that i shouldn’t eat but i
havent lost any tonsil stones. my breath seems better but there
still there. is that normal or is there something that im
missing?
And I am also wondering if the removal of the stones is cause
all the irritation in my throat.
good news i plucked out all the tonsil stones that were just
showing, to my surpise when i smelled them he didn’t smell
horrible! like how my other tonsil stones were, i had about 4-5
tonsil stones come out last nite, they all had a mild smell to no
smell at all i was pretty shocked!
The article on antibiotics are very good.
lol hey Stephen, the part of your comment “because my
stones just disappeared”, is exactly what GSE does!
You’ll rarely, if EVER, feel something stuck in the back of
your throat again after a consistent routine of grapefruit seed
extract. I would suggest waiting a couple more days, after which
have someone smell your breath to check it. I don’t mean
brush your teeth and THEN have someone test, I mean have someone
test your breath hours after brushing and gargling or using a
curved tip syringe to apply GSE. The real test is in an everyday
environment, like after eating and drinking. Good luck, and let us
know after you have someone test ya!
holy crap i popped out my tonsil stone today the one that was
bugging me, theres another crypt with another tonsil stone having
trouble taking out, i will try again tommrow, after using gse for 3
days now, i feel that it had loosened up my tonsil. i know there
are more tonsils left to be plucked out, i will gargle more and
pluck out all the tonsil stones before this week ends
Hi all – Haven’t posted in awhile. I’ve been
taking GSE since the summer and it has helped with the littler
tonsil stones and also keeping me free of sore throats and flu
viruses. It really is great for prevention purposes. I wanted you
all to know though that sometimes these stones are deep and
embedded and trapped deep within the crypts and structure of the
tonsils. I had several in my left tonsil that – in the course
of two months – caused an infection, swollen glands, sore
throat, caused me to be run down and caused my white blood cell
count to skyrocket. My left tonsil became a huge, hard mass. CT
scan showed a swelling in my throat too. I ended up having a
tonsillectomy two weeks ago…not only to get this mass out of
my throat but also to have it biopsied. Luckily, it came back
negative. Doctor explained that these stones were huge and that
they had calcified in my tonsil and were intertwined within the
tissue which in turn caused my body to react, create an infection,
etc. If this happens to you, don’t wait. See a doctor.
I’m glad I had the surgery and am finally free of these
stones and nasty tonsils. I will continue with GSE for preventive
purposes, just like with my other herbal supplements..but
seriously, if this happens to you, see a doctor.
Lesslie, first off you SHOULD see an ENT to find the root of the
problem. Second just keep using GSE, make sure to gargle three
times a day for as long as you can trying to get the liquid as far
back in your throat as possible. The smell SHOULDN’T be
coming out your nose unless there’s another problem other
than tonsil stones. GSE has cured tonsil stones for so many people
I know it will work for you, stay strong and keep it up! Remember
it takes up to a week to do its job. Stay strong Lesslie!
I’ll be praying for you
and 1more thing does it have to me the grapefruit seed extract
that you are advertising? or i can buy any off the self from a cvs
store or anything??
Keep up the good work with the information!
I had read that if the GSE contained the following (benzethonium
chloride in concentrations of 7-11% ) it was NOT for internal
digestion and can be very harmful? What percentage of this chemical
does your recommended GSE contain ????
I’m interested in a better gargle method. I think the way
I gargle it doesn’t reach.
Hi Josh, unfortunately I found your site after I had already
purchased an ebook from that Anna gal for $21.00 plus change, about
2 weeks ago. I did end up goin to the health food store thae same
day and purchased the GSE. I gargled a few times but have mainly
been drinking it. Although I am not coughing up any “tonsil
stones” persay, my throat also feels like there’s
something stuck, and when I cough and hack as hard as I can,
especially in the shower, what comes up is thick white phlegm that
is stringy-like, I’m thinking this is “tonsil
stones” but in a different form. Sorry to be so gross. As I
mentioned before, I have been mainly drinking it in juice or water
at least 3 times a day, not only is that lump in my throat feeling
going away, the bad breath & bad taste in my mouth are not as
bad, and get this, the fungus at the end of my big toenail that I
have been trying to get rid of for the last year with other nail
fungus stuff, is also going away in just the 2 weeks I’ve
been using it. This GSE is amazing and has many beneficial health
healing ailments. My son has pleurisy (inflamation of the lungs can
be caused by infection or caused by fluid built up in the lining of
the lungs) and so I figured, since GSE is a “natural
antibiotic” and even though he doesn’t have an
infection just extra fluid, why not make him drink it? He’s
been dringing it once a day for the last five days and he is not
feeling the pain as much as he used to, his pain from the pleurisy
is also slowly dissipating. I swear by this and am glad that you
created this website! I will start gargling as well as continue
drinking it! Again, thank you! ! !
I have suffered from tonsil stones, and severe bad breath, for
over 15 years. After discovering this site, I went and purchased
GSE. I have been using it for about 2 weeks. My breath is
definitely fresher. My mouth even feels fresher. Thank you so much
for this tip. This embarassing issue has bothered me for years.
Now, I’m definitely feeling more confident. Thank you!
Good luck stephen! Again I can’t stress enough that you
have to gargle as long as you can, three times at a single sitting,
gargling a total of three times a day. The thing you don’t
want to do is eat before you go to bed without brushing and
gargling. I’ve noticed that doing this quickly reverses the
effects of GSE.
I just started using GSE is it normal to have sensative gums
while using this?
I’m also gargling diluted hydrogen peroxide, this shouldnt
make he GSE any less affective should it? Also when I squeeze my
tonsils even if theres no tonsil stones the saliva coming out still
smells, does this get better with time?
The GSE solution works okay, but I have you looked into the
GSE Nasal Spray? Believe it or
not, Tonsil stones start from the nose; when you get PND, the
phelgm drips down to your throat, thus creating tonsil stones.
Stephen, it’s possible she’s experiencing a form of
tonsil stones in her adenoids, which are located past the tongue;
“if” she didn’t have them removed as well.
Yup, you’re suppose to notice an increase in tonsil stones
coming out and appearing within the first week, this is simply the
existing tonsil stones removing themselves naturally from your
tonsil crypts. Keep up the routine and you’ll notice then
completely gone within a couple more days!

Thanks for the prompt reply!
Hey Josh, I have felt tonsil stones come out before, maybe once
a month, and i can never see any on my tonsils. But still, i think
i should go with GSE. Although I have no idea where i can buy it in
Canada. Im no fan of buying stuff over the internet. Do you think
you can help me out? And also, does GSE remove all the stones after
1 week, or do you continue to use it everyday?
