Please help! Mucus/dark circles/bad breath… – Page 3

For the mucus in your throat and maybe even the dark circles under your eyes sounds like allergies to me ( have them). It might help to actually get tested. Sometimes different meds. work better for different people. Also, try to stay away for dairy. You might not have an allergy to it, but those types of products tend to stick to the mucus and make it feel bigger and heavier in your throat. I would bet that your bad breath is due to the mucus.

If you have a heavy feeling in your chest asthma might be your problem. I never knew i had it until i got a cold that just wouldn’t go away. Turns out it had flared up my asthma and made it hard to breath and it felt like a elephant on my chest.

Another thing that I would think renders looking into is your thyroid. I have hypothyroidism and it was very hard to get a dr. to really look at this. The reason is because all my blood work says I’m in the “normal range”, but after being put on a low dose of meds. I began feeling better. Those blood tests aren’t always going to give the right answers for a few different reasons. This sometimes needs to be treated at a low dose to see what happens. Some of my symptoms for this were: low energy, needing lots of sleep, but not feeling rested after, weight gain, and I even read about sinusitus being realated to hypothyroidism.
