Listerine is the best XX XXX mouthwashes, but you should really be using a mouthwash that specifically attacks the bacteria that contribute to bad breath and gum disease. Look for any mouthwash that contains chlorohexidine gluconate. Ask your pharmacist. Peridex is one brand but there are others. …
